C2 Association Management (C2AM) was established in 2019. We are association management professionals dedicated to supporting associations.

At C2AM, we understand the unique challenges and opportunities that associations face. Our record of success includes successfully managing and leading state, regional, and national associations with annual budgets ranging from $78,000 to $1.5 million.

Callie Castro, MBA, CAE

CEO, C2 Association Management

C2AM is led by Callie Castro and based in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Callie has 20+ years in the non-profit/association world with extensive experience in membership, leadership development, meetings, and governance.

Callie Castro is a Past President of the Kansas City Society of Association Executives, where she served on the board from 2014 to 2020 in roles including Treasurer, President-Elect, and President.

She obtained her Certified Association Executive (CAE) from the American Society of Association Executives, a distinction held by less than 5,000 association executives, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing, management, human resources, and international business from the University of Kansas.
